You might be wondering, “what really qualifies Biznitizer to help me solve the problem I’m facing in my business?”

I’m glad you asked. As the founder and Chief Entrepreneur Education Director, (CEED), I’ll answer that.

As a young boy I dreamed of owning my own business and achieving success like the entrepreneurs I admired so much. At the age of 13 me and a group of kids from my Junior Achievement program began building clocks out of unused tiles and selling them for a profit. And my journey as an entrepreneur began.

However, as time passed starting and  building more businesses, success was challenging and inconsistent. Despite seeking out mentors and picking up bits of knowledge here and there, I couldn't sustain success long-term. I began to get discouraged. I even considered giving up.

One day, my mentor - a wise business guru - gave me a lesson that I'll never forget. I remember it like it was yesterday. He said, “G” you do a good job of seeking answers to problems as they arise, but without completing the entire learning process around that problem, so now you have a collection of "half-built" bridges that lead nowhere long term.” He continued and strongly suggested, “G” you have to have some completely built bridges of knowledge that could get you from struggling to success, not just part of the way.

At the time, I didn't completely understand the lesson. However, I experienced a breakthrough moment while gathering pieces from 5 different puzzles that had dropped when I was getting the puzzle boxes off the shelf. That experience was the missing piece of the puzzle to my success.

As I struggled to put the puzzle pieces back in their boxes, I realized that I had all the pieces, but they were to scattered and mixed together. I couldn't even put the pieces of one of the puzzles back in its box because I didn't know which pieces went with which puzzle. 

That's when I realized my mentor what my mentor wanted me to understand - I needed to connect the pieces of the puzzles together first to eventually have a full puzzle and then place the pieces in its box. Then continue doing that process until I had all the puzzle pieces in the box they belong in.

What that means for me as an entrepreneur is that I have to fully understand each strategy by connecting the pieces related to it and then apply it to my business before moving on to the next strategy and the next. Not just get a piece of a strategy and run with it.

This new  understanding led me to develop a systematic process for entrepreneurial success - "Getting And Connecting The Pieces Of The Business Success Puzzle ''. This system builds full bridges of knowledge that can be connected like pieces of a puzzle.

As a result, I have achieved consistent and predictable success and my journey as an entrepreneur has ascended to heights I never imagined.

Because I want to help others, like my mentor helped me, I became an executive coach in 2010 and a business advisor, founding The Crenshaw Consulting Group in 2014. Ultimately in 2020 we began Biznitizer with the mission to help entrepreneurs overcome the effects COVID had on their businesses. As a result my team and I have helped hundreds of businesses achieve success by providing tailored executive coaching and business advisory services.

My mentor’s lesson was instrumental to our success, and it continues to guide us in helping others achieve success.

We help entrepreneurs by letting them know that success isn't just about seeking out knowledge - it's about fully understanding each concept and building complete bridges of knowledge so they can be connected together.
